This young doctor came to us, having difficulty in speech as his teeth had spaces/gaps and were forwardly placed. Closing the gaps wasn’t the only option for us as it did not give us sufficient space to pull the teeth backwards, hence we opted for extraction of 4 teeth along with closing the gaps.
